Qualcomm $(QCOM)$: Shares of the semiconductor company sank more than 10% premarket after it gave weak earnings guidance. The chief executive blamed an industry-wide shortage of memory supply and price increases.

Advanced Micro Devices $(AMD)$: The company's stock edged up premarket. AMD shares dropped 17% on Wednesday after earnings fell short of Wall Street's high expectations.

Shell (UK: SHEL): The British oil major's earnings fell in the last quarter of 2025 as weaker oil-trading performance hit profit. Shares slid in London.

Samsung Electronics (KR: 005930): Shares in the South Korean chip maker dropped nearly 6% on Thursday, a day after they notched their largest daily gain since 2008. Shares in peer SK Hynix (KR: 000660) fell 6.4%.

Intercontinental Exchange $(ICE)$: The exchange operator is set to report quarterly results before markets open. The company's shares have dropped this week after investors soured on the software and financial data sectors.
