Atul Ltd (NSE:ATUL, BOM:500027) said AtulBuckman Specialties has been incorporated as a joint venture between Atul and Buckman Laboratories (Asia), according to a Friday filing.

The new entity will operate in water treatment chemicals and solutions, including digital solutions linked to water treatment applications.

Atul and Buckman Laboratories (Asia) will each hold a 50% equity stake in the joint venture.
