Tung Lok Restaurants (2000) (SGX:540) said its indirect 50%-owned dormant joint venture company, Camo Cafe & Bar, was struck off from the Register of Companies, effective Feb. 6, according to a same-day filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the restaurant chain fell over 9% in Monday trading.
Camo was a joint venture between Tung Lok Millennium and SAFRA National Service Association, and was engaged in casual dining restaurant operations.
However, Camo's operations ceased in April 2024, and the company had been dormant since then.
