Regal Partners Global Investments (ASX:RG1) reported Tuesday that it swung to a profit of AU$0.42 in the fiscal first half from a loss of AU$0.158 a year earlier.
Revenue from ordinary activities for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2025, was AU$158.6 million, compared with a loss of AU$44.2 million a year earlier.
The board declared an interim dividend of AU$0.06 per share, unchanged from the prior corresponding period, payable March 23 to shareholders on record as of Feb. 19.
