Mattel $(MAT)$: The toy company's quarterly results missed projections after holiday discounting knocked margins. The maker of Barbie dolls and Hot Wheels cars also issued disappointing annual guidance. Shares tanked by nearly one-third premarket.

Robinhood (HOOD): The online brokerage posted mixed quarterly results, dented by a late-year slump in its cryptocurrency business. Shares fell roughly 7% in premarket trading.

Ford $(F)$: The automaker reported an extra $900 million tariff hit and a record quarterly loss, mainly due to previously announced charges tied to its electric-vehicle business.

Lyft $(LYFT)$: The ride-hailing platform company logged higher quarterly revenue, boosted by double-digit percentage growth in bookings. However, active riders and rides missed expectations. The stock slid 18% ahead of the open.

Zillow (Z): The operator of the home-listing website swung to a quarterly profit, while revenue beat estimates. The stock dropped about 3.5% premarket, however.
