Feb 10 (Reuters) - Britain's biggest telecoms group BT BT.L on Tuesday named Katie Milligan as the chief of its Openreach business, which builds and maintains the UK's largest broadband network.

Bas Burger, the chief executive of BT International, is also set to leave after 18 years and will be succeeded by Clive Selley.
