1754 ET - On Semiconductor's decline in revenue was driven in part by its moves to exit certain non-core businesses, executives say on a call with analysts. The company had $40 million in non-core exits in the fourth quarter, and expects to exit $50 million of non-core revenue in the first quarter. Excluding exits, On Semiconductor's results are above seasonally normal levels, Chief Financial Officer Thad Trent says. The company is aiming to focus more on AI data centers, among other businesses, as demand there is increasing. Shares are down 4.2% after market close. (katherine.hamilton@wsj.com)
