1754 ET - On Semiconductor's decline in revenue was driven in part by its moves to exit certain non-core businesses, executives say on a call with analysts. The company had $40 million in non-core exits in the fourth quarter, and expects to exit $50 million of non-core revenue in the first quarter. Excluding exits, On Semiconductor's results are above seasonally normal levels, Chief Financial Officer Thad Trent says.
