Czech investment group KKCG said Italy's securities regulator Consob asked for additional information regarding its tender offer to acquire shares in Italian yacht maker Ferretti (HKG:9638), according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Consob's request, made on Feb. 9, suspends the regulator's review of the offer document until the information is received. KKCG said the pause would last no more than 15 days from the date of the announcement.
The suspension does not affect the tender offer's ongoing review in Hong Kong, according to KKCG.
KKCG recently launched a tender offer worth up to 182.5 million euros, aiming to raise its stake to 29.9% from 14.5% in Ferretti.
