NSL's (SGX:N02) attributable profit to equity holders declined by 46% during the half year ended Dec. 31, 2025 to SG$10.2 million from SG$18.9 million a year earlier, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Earnings per share dropped to SG$0.0273 compared with SG$0.0507 in the year-ago period.
Sales meanwhile fell 11% year over year to SG$159.4 million from SG$179.7 million, mainly due to lower revenue in the precast business in Malaysia.
The company declared an interim dividend of SG$0.02 per share for the period, down from SG$0.03 per share a year earlier. The dividend will be paid on March 18, the filing added.
