Newmark Group (NMRK) said Monday that it has arranged a $415 million loan on behalf of DRA Advisors and KPR Centers to refinance a portfolio of 13 open-air shopping centers in the Northeast.

The company said the portfolio has a total of 2.4 million of rentable square feet, and are primary anchored by grocery stores.
