Shanghai Jiao Yun (SHA:600676) elected Zhao Zhibin as chair to succeed Liang Fei, who will remain as director, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.

Zhao is the general manager of Shenzhen Feisheng Investment and Shenzhen Qianhai Feisheng Financial, chair of Shenzhen Qiuyeyuan Private Equity Investment Fund Management, and executive director and general manager of Shenzhen Qianhai Feisheng Huijin Investment Management

Shares of the cement products manufacturer closed 3% lower Tuesday.
