Streamex (STEX) said Monday it has appointed co-founder and chairman Morgan Lekstrom as the company's executive chairman.

Lekstrom most recently served as Chief Executive of NexMetals Mining, Streamex said.

The company said it has also completed the early repayment of its outstanding secured convertible debentures to YA II PN, or Yorkville, and the standby equity purchase deal with Yorkville has been cancelled.
