Computershare Posts Higher Fiscal H1 Management Earnings, Revenue; Raises Fiscal Year 2026 EPS Guidance

Computershare (ASX:CPU) reported Tuesday fiscal first-half management earnings of $0.683 per share, up from $0.6521 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings per share excluding extraordinary items of $0.68.

Total revenue for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2025, was $1.58 billion, compared with $1.5 billion a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.53 billion.

The company now expects to deliver fiscal year 2026 management EPS of around $1.44, up around 6% from a year ago, from the previous guidance of $1.40.

The board declared an interim dividend of AU$0.55 per share, up from AU$0.45 a year earlier, payable March 18 to shareholders on record as of Feb. 18.
