Jaguar Uranium (JAGU) shares were up 32% in recent Tuesday trading on their NYSE American debut.
The stock surged to $5.28 in afternoon trading after the company priced a $25 million initial public offering of about 6.3 million class A shares at $4 each.
The stock opened at $5 and rose as high as $5.50.
Underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to 937,500 additional shares. The IPO is expected to close on Wednesday.
