National Silicon Industry (SHA:688126) subsidiaries intend to sign a five-year electronic-grade polysilicon procurement framework contract with related-party supplier Jiangsu XinHua Semiconductor Technology.
The total estimated contract value from 2026 to 2030 is up to 3.05 billion yuan, according to a Saturday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The deal aims to secure a stable supply of key raw materials for the company's silicon wafer production.
Shares of the semiconductor wafer manufacturer closed 1% higher Monday.
