AECOM Fiscal Q1 Adjusted Earnings Decline, Net Service Revenue Rises; Adjusts Fiscal 2026 Guidance

AECOM (ACM) reported fiscal Q1 adjusted net income late Monday of $1.29 per diluted share, down from $1.31 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.17.

Net service revenue for the three months ended Dec. 31 rose to $1.85 billion from $1.80 billion a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.76 billion.

The company adjusted fiscal 2026 adjusted EPS guidance to $5.85 to $6.05 from its previous guidance of $5.65 to $5.85.

Analysts polled by FactSet project EPS of $5.34.

The company said, after the quarter ended, it's board approved an increase to share buyback authorization to $1 billion.

The company added it has decided to continue to own and operate Construction Management business.
