Unisound AI Technology (HKG:9678) completed the placing of a little over 1 million Hong Kong-listed shares to at least six investors at HK$310 apiece to raise net proceeds of HK$307.2 million, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.

The shares represent around 1.38% of the Chinese AI services provider's enlarged issued share capital.

The firm will use proceeds for core technology R&D, as well as the enhancement of the core competitiveness of its main products.
