Integra Resources (ITRG) said Monday it has completed a bought deal public offering of about 18.1 million common shares at $3.40 apiece for roughly $61.6 million.

The offering completion includes the full exercise of an over-allotment option by the underwriters, the company said.

Net proceeds will be used to finance pre-production capital expenditures at the DeLamar project, Integra Resources added.
