James Hardie Industries (ASX:JHX) reported Wednesday fiscal third-quarter adjusted earnings of $0.24 per share, down from $0.36 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of $0.23.
Net sales for the three months ended Dec. 31, 2025, was $1.24 billion, compared with $953.3 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.21 billion.
The company expects total adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization for fiscal 2026 to range between $1.23 billion and $1.26 billion, up from its previous guidance of $1.20 billion to $1.25 billion.
