Robinhood Markets (HOOD) slumped 10% after the company reported a decline overnight in Q4 net income while revenue missed market expectations.

Intraday trading volume jumped to over 51.0 million from a daily average of about 27.3 million.

JPMorgan downgraded AtriCure (ATRC) to neutral from overweight and cut its price target to $36 from $48.

Shares fell 13% as intraday trading volume soared to over 1.8 million from a daily average of about 505,000.

VenHub Global (VHUB) said Wednesday it has struck a deal to sell 7.7 million shares and warrants to purchase up to 7.7 million shares to a new fundamental institutional investor at $2.45 per share and accompanying warrant.

Shares were down 27%, with intraday trading volume at over 602,000 million, versus a daily average of about 2.25 million.
