The real-estate investment trust is investing S$730.3 million to enhance or redevelopment its assets as part of portfolio rejuvenation, which would contribute to its bottom line when completed between 1H this year and 1Q 2028, analysts Lock Mun Yee and Li Jialin say in a note.
