Caprice Resources (ASX:CRS) found high-grade gold mineralization during a recent drilling at its Island gold project's Vadrians system in Western Australia, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.

The results were up to nine meters at 7.3 grams per tonne grade of gold from 148 meters, and seven meters at 5.1 g/t gold from 297 meters.

The company has completed phase four of the drilling program, with assays still pending for five diamond holes and 160 air core holes. Results are expected to be received in batches through February and March.
