Knight-Swift Transportation's board has raised the trucking company's quarterly dividend by 11%, to 20 cents from 18 cents.
The new payout, equal to 80 cents a year, represents an annual yield of about 1.33%, based on Wednesday's closing price of $60.26, up from 1.19%.
The Phoenix company on Thursday said the increased dividend is payable March 23 to shareholders of record March 6.
