Goodyear Tire & Rubber logged lower-than-expected adjusted earnings as the company continues to face challenging industry dynamics. Shares fell 9% to $9.54 in after-hours trading on Monday.

On Semiconductor's revenue fell in the fourth quarter due to weakness in two of its business units. The stock declined 4.8% to $62.00 after the bell.

RegenxBio said the FDA didn't approve its gene therapy RGX-121. Shares dropped 16.6% to $8.60.

Upwork's first-quarter outlook came in below Wall Street expectations. The stock slid 24.3% to $14.23.
