Esprit (HKG:0330) said it was terminating its American depositary receipt program, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Wednesday.

The program will be terminated on March 19.

While the program provided an opportunity for shares of the company to be traded in the over-the-counter market in the U.S., its relatively low participation prompted the company's board to discontinue the program altogether, Esprit said.
