Sim Leisure (SGX:URR) expects to post a "substantially higher" attributable profit to shareholders in 2025, compared with a year earlier, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the designer, developer and operator of theme parks were up nearly 3% in Thursday trading.
The company has attributed the forecast to one-off other income through the settlement of the early termination of the ESCAPE @ KL Base Theme Park in September 2025.
The company will release its financial results on or before March 1, the filing said.
