Tianqi Lithium (HKG:9696) said it completed a recently announced stock plus bond offering, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Wednesday.
Shares of the lithium company fell nearly 1% in morning trade Thursday.
The company sold nearly 65.1 million H shares priced at HK$45.05 apiece to raise around HK$2.93 billion. It also issued 2.6 billion yuan in zero-coupon convertible bonds maturing Feb. 9, 2027.
The bonds will have an initial conversion rate of HK$49.56 per share.
The combined proceeds from both offerings is estimated to be around HK$5.86 billion.
