Sunwah Kingsway Capital (HKG:0188) has further reduced its stake in WeRide (HKG:0800), selling additional American depositary shares on Nasdaq for about $1.3 million exclusive of transaction costs, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.

Between Nov. 25, 2025, and Feb. 16, the company, through a wholly owned subsidiary, disposed of 146,000 WeRide ADSs in on-market transactions at average daily prices ranging from $7.65 to $9.95 per share.

Sunwah Kingsway said the latest disposals generated a gain of about $800,000 and will allow the group to realize part of its investment, bolster working capital and fund potential future investments.
