Stockland (ASX:SGP) reported Monday adjusted fiscal first-half funds from operations (FFO) of AU$0.108 per share, up from AU$0.086 a year earlier.
Revenue for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2025, was AU$1.25 billion, compared with AU$1.01 billion a year earlier.
The company expects fiscal 2026 FFO between AU$0.36 and AU$0.37 and distribution per security of AU$0.252.
The company declared an interim dividend of AU$0.09 per share, up from AU$0.08 a year earlier, payable Feb. 27 to shareholders on record as of Dec. 31, 2025.
