Feb 13 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen opening higher on Friday, with futures FFIc1 up 0.35%.

* WORKER'S PAY: More than 1.4 million National Health Service workers in Britain will receive a 3.3% pay rise from April, the government said.

* ITV: Comcast-owned Sky's talks with ITV ITV.L about buying its broadcast channels and streaming platform have slowed in recent weeks, three people with knowledge of the matter said, as the battle to buy Warner Bros Discovery disrupts the industry.

* OIL: Oil prices were little changed after falling in the previous session, and are set for their second weekly decline, on receding concerns of an Iranian conflict that could affect supply and on forecasts supply will exceed demand this year.

* METALS: Shanghai copper declined amid a broader sell-off, as Chinese investors left on the last trading day before the long Lunar New Year break.

* GOLD: Gold rebounded, recovering from a nearly one-week low in the previous session, as investors awaited key U.S. inflation figures for guidance on interest rate direction following robust jobs data that reduced expectations of rate cuts

* UK's FTSE 100: The UK's FTSE 100 closed lower on Thursday, as a risk-off mood in global markets offset a nearly 30% surge in shares of money manager Schroders after it agreed to a takeover by U.S. firm Nuveen.
