Future Bright (HKG:0703) said its wholly owned subsidiary Chun Ieng has entered into an operating agreement to continue running a Japanese restaurant at City of Dreams in Macau, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.

Under the agreement, the operator will grant Chun Ieng the right to use a 4,755-square-foot unit for the Edo Japanese Restaurant operations for a term of five years.

Chun Ieng will pay either a fixed monthly base fee of 200,000 patacas or a turnover-based fee, whichever is higher.

Additional monthly management fees of about 79,600 patacas, along with utilities and other charges, will also be payable.
