DBS Bank Australia Branch, a subsidiary of DBS (SGX:D05), filed for the listing of AU$2 billion worth of bonds on the Singapore bourse, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
The bank filed for the listing of AU$1 billion worth of floating rate bonds due Feb. 13, 2029, and AU$1 billion 5.065% fixed rate bonds due Feb. 13, 2031.
The bonds will be listed and quoted in the Bonds Market on Feb. 16, the filing added.
