Lendlease Global Commercial REIT's (SGX:JYEU) distribution per unit or DPU rose 3.1% in the fiscal first half ended Dec. 31, 2026 to SG$0.0185 from SG$0.018 a year earlier, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Shares of the REIT were up nearly 2% in Monday trading.

Amount distributable to unitholders jumped 12% to SG$48.6 million from SG$43.5 million in the year-ago period.

Net property income fell 1.2% to SG$74.0 million from SG$74.9 million a year ago.

Gross revenue dropped 1.6% year over year to SG$101.9 million from SG$103.6 million, following the divestment of the office component of a property.
