Fortis Healthcare's (NSE:FORTIS, BOM:532843) consolidated attributable profit declined to 1.94 billion Indian rupees in the fiscal third quarter ended Dec. 31, 2025, from 2.48 billion rupees a year ago.

Earnings per share contracted to 2.57 rupees from 3.28 rupees a year earlier, the hospital chain operator said in a filing to the Indian stock exchanges on Friday.

Revenue from operations in fiscal Q3 increased to 22.7 billion rupees from 19.3 billion rupees a year ago.
