Shares of Procore Technologies rose after the construction management software company reported fourth-quarter revenue above analysts' expectations.
The stock jumped 11% to $53.08. It is down 28% so far this year.
The company's fourth-quarter revenue rose 16% from the previous year to $349 million, beating Wall Street's forecast of $340.8 million, according to FactSet.
"We believe AI stands to be the next meaningful catalyst for our industry and that Procore is strongly positioned to be an AI winner as we drive immense efficiency gains across our customers and the entire construction lifecycle," said Chief Executive Ajei Gopal.
The company also guided for 2026 revenue of around $1.49 billion. Wall Street is forecasting $1.47 billion.
