LONDON, Feb 13 (Reuters) - West African crude oil differentials were stable at the end of a busy week of events for traders.
* The market remains quiet as many traders participated in events adjacent to the International Energy Week conference in London, a trade source said.
* The market continues to be under pressure from high levels of competition from other grades and elevated freight rates, the source said.
