Aspen Group (ASX:APZ) reported Thursday fiscal first-half underlying earnings of AU$0.1070 per share, up from AU$0.0807 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of AU$0.10 per share.
Rent revenue for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2025, was AU$38.1 million, compared with AU$33.6 million a year earlier.
The company said it expects fiscal-year 2026 underlying earnings of AU$0.215 per share on net rental income of AU$41 million.
Analysts polled by FactSet expect earnings of AU$0.20 per share.
