Visteon's board has raised the technology company's quarterly dividend by 36%, to 37.5 cents from 27.5 cents.
The new payout, equal to $1.50 a year, would represent an annual yield of around 1.41% based on Wednesday's closing price of $106.14, up from 1.04%.
The Van Buren Township, Mich., company, which initiated its quarterly payout last year, on Thursday said the increased dividend is payable March 16 to shareholders of record March 2.
