Fantasia (HKG:1777) said parties to its restructuring agreement have agreed to extend the deadline to March 31 from Feb. 27, according to a Feb. 16 Hong Kong bourse filing.

The company said the closing of the restructuring remains subject to the satisfaction or waiver of certain conditions precedent.

Fantasia plans to convene an extraordinary general meeting on March 11 to seek shareholder approval for the restructuring agreement.
