Servcorp (ASX:SRV) reported Wednesday fiscal first-half underlying earnings of AU$0.421 per share, up from AU$0.331 a year earlier.
Revenue for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2025, was AU$185.1 million, compared with AU$167.3 million a year earlier.
The company reaffirmed its upgraded fiscal 2026 profit guidance, projecting underlying net profit before interest and tax of between AU$80 million and AU$84 million, along with underlying free cash exceeding AU$100 million.
The board declared an interim dividend of AU$0.16 per share, up from AU$0.14 a year earlier, payable April 1 to shareholders on record as of March 5.
The company's shares rose around 9% in recent Wednesday trade.
