MakeMyTrip (MMYT) said Wednesday it is collaborating with Microsoft-backed (MSFT) OpenAI to incorporate the software company's application programming interfaces into its platform.

The update enables the Myra interface to guide users from conversational planning directly to finalizing reservations, the company said.

The system is designed to provide transaction-ready options for flights, hotels, and ancillary services based on evolving user intent, MakeMyTrip said.

The Myra system includes Bengali, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, and English.
