Codan (ASX:CDA) reported Thursday fiscal first-half earnings of AU$0.39 per share, up from AU$0.253 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of AU$0.39.
Revenue for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2025, was AU$393.5 million, compared with AU$305.6 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected AU$393.7 million.
The company said its communications unit is on track to deliver fiscal 2026 revenue growth in the 15%-to-20% target range.
The board declared an interim dividend of AU$0.195 per share, up from AU$0.125 a year earlier, payable March 12 to shareholders on record as of Feb. 26.
The company's shares jumped 3% in recent Thursday trade.
