GR Engineering Services (ASX:GNG) reported Friday fiscal first-half earnings of AU$0.1008 per share, down from AU$0.1268 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of AU$0.10.
Revenue for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2025, was AU$218 million, compared with AU$272.1 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected AU$247.5 million.
The company reaffirmed that it expects fiscal 2026 revenue in the range of AU$500 million to AU$520 million.
The board declared an interim dividend of AU$0.12 per share, up from AU$0.10 a year earlier, payable March 25 to shareholders on record as of March 3.
