COPENHAGEN, Feb 20 (Reuters) - Novo Nordisk NOVOb.CO said on Friday it would nominate Jan van de Winkel and Ramona Sequeira to its board of directors, the first additions since a shake-up at the Danish obesity drugmaker last year.
