Select Water Solutions (WTTR) said late Thursday it priced an underwritten public offering of about 13.7 million of its class A common shares at $12.75 apiece.

The company has provided a 30-day option to the underwriters to acquire up to an additional 2.1 million of its class A common shares, according to the company.

Select Water said it plans to use the net proceeds for general corporate requirements.

Shares of the company were down over 6% in premarket trade Friday.
