Transurban Group (ASX:TCL) reported Thursday that it swung to a profit of AU$0.096 per security in the fiscal first half from a loss of AU$0.015 a year earlier.
Revenue for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2025, was AU$1.98 billion, compared with AU$1.83 billion a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected AU$2.03 billion.
The company maintained its fiscal 2026 distribution guidance of AU$0.69 per stapled security with a pay-out ratio within the 95%-to-105% range.
The board declared an interim dividend of AU$0.34 per share, up from AU$0.32 a year earlier, payable Feb. 24 to shareholders on record as of Dec. 31, 2025.
