Rural Funds Group (ASX:RFF) reported Friday fiscal first-half adjusted funds from operations (AFFO) of AU$0.0553 per share, down from AU$0.0573 a year earlier.
Revenue for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2025, was AU$70.2 million, compared with AU$62.2 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected AU$55 million.
The company has reaffirmed its fiscal year 2026 forecasts, with AFFO and distributions projected at AU$0.117 and AU$0.1173, respectively.
The company's shares fell around 1% in recent Friday trade.
