Keppel (SGX:BN4) completed the member's voluntary liquidation of its subsidiary, Third Dragon Holdings, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The asset management company had earlier decided to place the subsidiary under liquidation on May 23, 2025, the filing said.
