Shares of Copart fell after the company logged second-quarter net income and revenue that missed Wall Street estimates.

The stock slumped 11% to $33.50 in after-hours trading on Thursday. The shares have fallen 35% in the past year.

The online vehicle auction operator reported a net income of $350.7 million, or 36 cents a share, compared with $387.4 million, or 40 cents a share, a year earlier.

That missed the $382.5 million in net income Wall Street expected, according to FactSet.

Revenue grew 3.6% to $1.12 billion, which missed the $1.15 billion forecast of analysts polled by FactSet.
