HealthCo Healthcare and Wellness REIT (ASX:HCW) said all 11 hospitals owned by the REIT and the Unlisted Healthcare Fund have paid 100% of all rent due, up to and including, February, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.

They have executable agreements with alternative operators on a state-by-state basis for all 11 hospitals, which include new long-term lease tenure, unchanged face rent, and rental incentives, to ensure sustainable commercial arrangements between them and the alternative operators.

They did not receive any formal proposal, proposed commercial terms, or requests for assignment of the existing leases in respect of the "PurposeCo" model that was promoted by the receiver and Healthscope, per the filing.

HealthCo Healthcare's shares added nearly 1% in early trading on Tuesday.
